Description
Calcined kaolin, as a high quality and cheap polymer powder, white pigments and fillers, its high purity, low impurities and harmful components, good dispersion, thorough separation, low wear, its viscosity and pH moderate, whiteness relatively high, its leveling, suspension performance.
Differences between calcined kaolin and washed kaolin:
1. The nature of the original soil is different, the calcined kaolin is calcined, and the crystal type and the nature of the original soil have changed. However, washing kaolin is only a physical treatment, which will not change the properties of the original soil.
2. The whiteness is different, and the whiteness of calcined kaolin will increase after calcination. Washing with kaolin did not significantly increase the whiteness.
3. The role is different, calcined kaolin is often used as a papermaking additive and refractory aggregate. The washed kaolin is generally used as papermaking filler.
4. The cost is different, the cost of calcined kaolin is high, while the cost of washed kaolin is low.
5. The original soil adhesion is different, calcined kaolin, the original soil has no adhesion, can not be directly used as raw materials for papermaking or refractory materials, need to be calcined after application. The original soil of washed kaolin has adhesive property and can be directly used as refractory binder or papermaking filler.

Application
Plastic Industry: Ideal for use as a reinforcing agent in various plastic products, improving their strength and durability.
Paper Industry: Suitable for use in paper manufacturing, enhancing the paper's strength and reducing its weight.
Rubber Industry: Can be used as a filler in rubber products, improving their elasticity and resistance.
